Summer 2013 Has Begun!

Excitement filled the air at SRCC: our campers finally arrived and we couldn’t be happier!

Excited faces were mirrored by one another throughout camp as each camper arrived looking forward to what is expected to be the most amazing inaugural summer ever! For the very first time, our counselors greeted SRCC’s campers as they disembarked our minibuses or got dropped off by their families!  We had been anxiously awaiting the arrival of each and every one of them so that we could officially start our Opening Day festivities!

We know that the most important thing we can do for our campers is to make sure that they have fun this summer. How many people get to say that their job is to “professionally have fun?”  Sun up to sun down, we’re giving high fives, piggy back rides, eating birthday cakes, making friendship bracelets, telling silly stories, and performing in skits and plays!

We are so ecstatic to begin the Summer of 2013 at SRCC!
